SMEC Oil & Gas Solutions LLC is the Middle East-facing oil and gas engineering entity within the wider SMEC engineering ecosystem and is positioned as a complete engineering and turnkey system-solution provider for defined project packages. The delivery model combines regional client engagement, project coordination, site execution and commissioning from the UAE with detailed engineering, automation, system integration, manufacturing, FAT, R&D and remote support from India. The objective is not to claim full-plant EPC where SMEC does not contractually own that scope; it is to own complete, clearly bounded systems and E&I/automation packages from engineering through handover.
